#define Your_role

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing projects in various IT areas (software development, SAP, Cloud technology) from inception to closure in an international set up using mainly adaptive (mostly Scrum) or hybrid project development lifecycles.

The role includes:

  • overall leading of projects using Scrum or other agile approaches; fostering scrum process and holding Scrum events
  • deriving project scope and participating on creating project backlog of work
  • developing estimations and project budgets
  • performing Scrum Release and Sprint planning activities
  • leading the project team that is responsible for achieving project objectives
  • applying skills, knowledge and various tools on managing project work and activities
  • performing proactive risk management on projects
  • managing project scope, schedule and budgets
  • performing project controlling activities
  • reporting about the project performance to both customer and internal management
  • contributing in continuous improvement of internal project management processes

  • you have knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
  • you have Scrum Master certification (PSM II or EXIN Agile Scrum Master) or PMI certification (CAPM or PMP) are preferred but not mandatory; other project management certifications are welcome
  • you have real project experience with working on agile or hybrid projects- preferably in IT area
  • you are able to apply scrum and agile project management tools and techniques (Kanban boards, Scrum events, creating release plans, etc.)
  • you have good generic overview about IT technologies and software development process
  • you are advanced user of MS Office and SharePoint
  • your experience with and JIRA are welcomed
  • you have proven leadership and excellent communication skills
  • you speak English fluently, German will be an advantage
