We are seeking a skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team and drive the successful implementation and optimization of our customer’s CRM system. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing CRM solutions to support customer‘s organization's customer-centric objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

Writing detailed specification of the system that fulfils business and technical requirements and serves for developers

Design and develop proof of concepts, use cases as well as data analysis solutions

Understanding business processes and translating requirements into technical specifications

Ability to identify problems or inefficiencies in CRM processes and propose innovative solutions to address them

Strong analytical skills to interpret data related to customer interactions

Analyzing data trends and patterns helps in making informed decisions for optimizing CRM processes

Facilitating discussions between business users and technical teams

Providing methodical support to customer

Taking the responsibility for a significant consultancy practice

Taking the responsibility deliverables

Daily work in Agile Development

Proficiency in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, or other like Salesforce

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in CRM implementations or delivering software

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, is big advantage

Demonstrative experience in client facing

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum

Fluent English AND German
