We are seeking a skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team and drive the successful implementation and optimization of our customer’s CRM system. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing CRM solutions to support customer‘s organization's customer-centric objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

The role includes:

  • Writing detailed specification of the system that fulfils business and technical requirements and serves for developers
  • Design and develop proof of concepts, use cases as well as data analysis solutions
  • Understanding business processes and translating requirements into technical specifications
  • Ability to identify problems or inefficiencies in CRM processes and propose innovative solutions to address them
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data related to customer interactions
  • Analyzing data trends and patterns helps in making informed decisions for optimizing CRM processes
  • Facilitating discussions between business users and technical teams
  • Providing methodical support to customer
  • Taking the responsibility for a significant consultancy practice
  • Taking the responsibility deliverables

  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, or other like Salesforce
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in CRM implementations or delivering software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, is big advantage
  • Demonstrative experience in client facing
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum
  • Fluent English AND German
