We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator, who will join our team. Team consists of SAP consultants and ABAP developers who support daily operations on the SAP systems of the customers and provide new solutions to make their business better.

Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordination and managing service delivery, customer relationship, KPIs and service improvements.

The typical tasks are checking the service quality, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, plan capacity requirements by the service status and managing team performance. Together with management Service Delivery Coordinator is preparing revenue plan/forecast. He is responsible for inputs to service invoicing process.

The role also includes:

  • dentifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
  • leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
  • managing finances and budgets within the service
  • assessing customer feedback, proposing improvements, refining the service
  • building partnerships and liaising with team leaders and other stakeholders
  • technical tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, administrative tasks

  • you are experienced in Project management
  • your SAP overview will be an advantage
  • you have an excellent communication skill
  • your previous experience in customer service, leadership may be advantageous
  • you are experienced in resource planning and quality control
  • you speak English fluently, German will be an advantage
