For our client from energy industry based in Germany we are looking for German speaking tester. You will be responsible for manual testing of the business IT system with probability to extend the scope into automation testing in later stages of the project. The project deals with mass market communication of the energy provider. JIRA and Zephyr are used as test tools.

The role includes:

  • Understanding software requirements
  • Assisting in test planning
  • Designing and executing test cases
  • Reporting and tracking defects
  • Collaborating with team members
  • Maintaining testing documentation

  • you have logical thinking, creative and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during the testing process
  • you have experience in software testing (test case design, test execution and reporting) - advantage
  • you have experience in software development methodologies in various setups- advantage
  • you understand the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing processes- advantage
  • you have experience with test management tools- advantage
  • you have ISTQB certification- advantage
  • you have test Automation knowledge, identification of potential automation candidates is nice to have
  • you speak German fluently
