As a Business Analyst your main responsibility is to analyze business and IT requirements, processes; understand the as-is situation and translate the inputs into solutions based on ServiceNow platform that fulfill the requirements.

The role includes:

  • Identifying project requirements for optimalisation such as, project requirements for automation or integrating automated features into existing technical processes.
  • Design and develop proof of concepts, use cases as well as data analysis solutions.
  • Designing and developing logical data models, that meet customers / applications requirements.
  • Searching new ways of solving problems using the platform.
  • Analysis and implementation of new solutions.
  • Providing support and expert advice to the customer through consultation/business analysis.
  • Holding the meetings with the customer (end customer) to understand business processes
  • Taking the responsibility for a significant consultancy practice, proposals/sales to the customer over a wide range of topics.
  • Supporting teams working in other domains to satisfy implementation or integration needs.
  • Translating business needs and requirements into functional and non-functional requirements of the software.
  • Writing detailed specification of the system that fulfils business and technical requirements and serves for developers.
  • Creating requirements detailed documentation.
  • Provide streamline and help to the development team.
  • Providing the approval for testing of functionalities and their recording in test and production environments.

  • you are experienced in ServiceNow
  • you have experience with of ITIL, Agile, and Scrum
  • you have knowledge of data modeling tools
  • you are able to act as a bridge between the client and the developers
  • you are able to apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • you have experience in Performing UML Design and Process flow diagrams
  • you have minimum 5 years of experience in a client consulting/business analysis environment
  • you understand emerging service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
  • Expertise in coding (JAVA Script, Angular JS, REACT) is an advantage
  • you speak English fluently, German is an advantage
