IT Services Consultant

Consultant for IT services is knowledgeable in driving/coordination of IT services as a Service Delivery Manager.

As a major part of your role, you can expect interesting transitions of standard services into modern ones. It can include transition of standard Time & Material work into managed service, or finding the appropriate new solution of service delivery.

The Consultant is expected to introduce FPT's AMS capabilities and solutions to client, communicate with client and understand the client's pain points, analyze the client's situation and define the actions to provide a solution on how FPT can implement or change managed services and help the client, with the use of project management techniques.
