We believe that project management is a discipline that requires full commitment and that quality and methodical management bears fruit in the form of successfully completed projects that have met the set goals to customer satisfaction. Our experienced project managers continuously increase their competencies and skills and prefer tools, techniques and data-based decision making. Over the years we have accumulated valuable knowledge and experience running various IT projects - from infrastructure migrations, through software development to SAP customization projects.

We approach project management consistently and analytically. We collect and evaluate data, improve our estimation methods. The more we deal with the issue, the more we find out what huge opportunities are offered to us and in how many ways we have ambitions to develop our skills even more. That is why we have databases of historical risks, lessons learned from projects that we have managed or participated in so far.

In our work we use sophisticated templates and basic mathematical and statistical methods.
We have defined qualitative KPIs at the PMO level mainly for the reasons of ISO Audits. They are set up to reveal our weaknesses and to be able to respond more flexibly and effectively to the same problems in the future.
