#define Your_role

We are looking for mid-level/senior Administrator for internal IT area, who will be responsible for administrating of internal tools and supporting the internal users (3rd level support).

The role also includes:

  • react to incidents to minimize disruptions, including daily checks
  • analysis and elimination of technical incidents via ticketing system, including documentation
  • providing 3rd level support for incidents
  • enabling good working relationship and knowledge exchange with other teams

  • you are experienced in Azure AD and Office 365 administration
  • you have experience with Windows server and Windows client management
  • you are familiar with Android, iOS, MacOS
  • you have knowledge of automatic software packaging and deployment
  • you have experience with Endpoint (Intune) management
  • you have experience with infrastructure monitoring (update, patch of servers and services
  • your experience with SharePoint administration will be an advantage
  • you are familiar with antivirus and security environment management
  • you can troubleshoot medium complexity issues within mentioned environment
  • you have experience with coordination, troubleshooting and performing of root cause analysis
  • you have experience with scripting (PowerShell)
  • you have basic experience with DB (MySQL, MS SQL)
  • you have analytical thinking, independent way of working and ability to solve a problem
  • you speak English fluently, German will be an advantage
