We are looking for self-motivated individual with an interest in learning about the ServiceNow platform and interest in going through an intensive training program with the prospect of working in the multinational team environment. The Junior ServiceNow Developer will be trained and supported to be involved with the entire software development lifecycle including system configurations and customizations, development of components, troubleshooting and support of existing applications.

The role also includes:

  • creating/updating documentations/procedures
  • taking a part in ServiceNow testing, administration, and development activities as well as trouble shooting
  • working alongside senior colleagues on customer requirements either in the form of stories or tasks
  • ability to take a responsibility and develop own tasks
  • willingness to work on yourself (self-study of ServiceNow platform, researching and learning news and features)

  • you have experience with JavaScript or Typescript or another OOP, ideally demonstrable experience in coding
  • you have good understanding of client side and server-side scripting
  • you have knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, JSON)
  • you have experiences with HTML5 and CSS3 + + preprocessor e.g. SCSS
  • your experience with cloud solutions (especially SaaS solutions) is an advantage
  • you have understanding of ITIL and Agile
  • you have understanding of relational databases concepts
  • you have analytical and problem-solving skills
  • you speak English fluently, German will be an advantage
